Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
- Must have a smartphone
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in waste management or similar outdoor physical work preferred
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Basic smartphone proficiency
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community
- Transfer trash and recycling to the onsite trash compactor
- Work 5 nights a week, Sunday - Thursday
- Start at 8:00 PM and be done by 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain physical activity by lifting and transporting trash bags
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
