Job Description

We provide the best in hospitality - to our employees and our guests. Our company is committed to offering outstanding service in the hospitality industry by fostering both seasonal work opportunities and full-time career paths. We understand the importance of flexible schedules that accommodate various lifestyles, as well as providing steady employment to support financial security. Whether you are seeking extra income or a rewarding career in hospitality, our environment encourages growth and development while prioritizing a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We pride ourselves on hiring employees who bring a genuine smile and a dedication to quality service, creating memorable experiences for all our guests.

The Night Auditor position is designed for individuals who thrive in the late-night hours and enjoy working independently while still being an integral part of a larger team. This role is fast-paced, engaging, and requires a blend of interpersonal skills and technical knowledge. As a Night Auditor, you will be entrusted with critical responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation and safety of the hotel during nighttime hours. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests arriving late or requiring assistance during the overnight shift, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth.

Working as a Night Auditor means combining accounting and guest service duties. You will be responsible for closing daily financial reports, verifying transactions, and maintaining accurate records of hotel operations. Simultaneously, you will continue to embody outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and addressing any issues promptly. This position requires a person who is comfortable multitasking, can work independently with limited supervision, and handles varying levels of activity efficiently.

Being a Night Auditor is about more than just processing numbers; it’s about creating a safe, welcoming environment where guests feel valued and secure. You will demonstrate knowledge of reservation procedures, manage cancellations, and apply the hotel's Walk Policy judiciously. Your attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures ensure compliance and smooth operations throughout the night.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values your contributions and encourages professional development. Our company is dedicated to ensuring that all employees have access to benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, and 401(k) plans for full-time staff. Additionally, employees enjoy exclusive discounts on hotels nationwide, bonus opportunities, referral incentives, and access to DailyPay, allowing you to access your earned wages before payday. Joining our team as a Night Auditor means becoming part of an organization that values your work-life balance and recognizes your vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality services.
