This part-time position offers approximately 20 hours per week starting early in the morning at 7 am, including working five days a week with one weekend day scheduled, providing flexibility for individuals seeking supplemental income or part-time employment within the Longview, TX area and surrounding locations.

As a Nabisco Merchandiser & Order Writer, your responsibilities will include performing in-store merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, maintaining and changing out displays, and carrying out orders using an iPad tablet to keep products in stock. You will be required to follow Mondelez’s Direct Store Delivery merchandising steps and ensure that all shelf and display guidelines are met to reflect the brand standards. Your eye for detail and ability to work independently will be critical in managing a variety of store environments and fostering positive relationships with store personnel.

In addition to regular merchandising activities, there will be opportunities to contribute to enhanced seasonal sales campaigns, new product launches, and the implementation of seasonal displays, further supporting Mondelez’s market presence and consumer engagement. This role demands a positive and upbeat attitude, self-motivation, and a readiness to engage with customers and store employees professionally as you represent the Mondelez brand.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a dynamic and physically active role that involves frequent movement within stores, fulfilling physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling heavier loads exceeding 50 lbs. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and be able to use their personal vehicle to travel between multiple store locations within a 25-mile radius of Longview, TX, with mileage reimbursement provided.
