Goldmark is currently seeking a dedicated Multi-Property Custodian to join their elite property management team. This role is instrumental in preserving the cleanliness and appearance of multiple residential properties, pivotal for presenting a welcoming and polished first impression to residents and visitors. The Multi-Property Custodian works under the supervision of the Property Manager or Property Operations Manager and is responsible for comprehensive housekeeping duties. These duties include turn cleaning of vacant units, ensuring hallways, stairways, and common areas remain spotless, and handling general maintenance tasks that contribute to the property's curb appeal.

An integral part of this role is maintaining "sparkling clean" common areas such as entryways, laundry rooms, and mailboxes, which directly affect resident satisfaction and property aesthetics. This position offers an opportunity to work approximately 10 hours per week with a starting wage of $16 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.
