The role of a Part-Time Marketing Events Supervisor at GKB Milwaukee is a key position within the marketing team, tasked with supervising and supporting promotional street teams and remote broadcasts at vibrant local community events across Wisconsin. This role demands a proactive and engaging individual who can effectively represent GKB’s brands, interact with partners and fans, and ensure smooth event executions. Responsibilities include overseeing setup and teardown of event materials, capturing event moments through photography and video, recapping events for internal teams, and occasionally managing audio equipment for broadcasts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in marketing events or promotional supervision preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Supervise promotional street teams and remote broadcasts across GKB Milwaukee’s local brands
- Set up and tear down event materials and equipment
- Capture events through photos and videos and provide event recaps to Marketing Facilitators
- Engage and interact with local partners, fans, and teammates during events
- Serve as a role model for interns and act as a brand ambassador for GKB Milwaukee
- Set up and break down audio equipment for remote broadcasts when applicable
- Execute on-site, on-air, and online contesting
- Adhere to and promote Good Karma Brands core values of honesty, teamwork, over delivering, and follow through
