The role of a PM Server at Hilton is pivotal in continuing the hotel's tradition of outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The server must also adhere to all federal, state, local, and company regulations related to serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance and safety at all times.

Maintaining a well-stocked serving station is also part of the duties, allowing for smooth and uninterrupted service. The ideal PM Server candidate will be an enthusiastic professional ready to be part of the Che Vita opening team, bringing a positive, outgoing, and driven 'make it happen' attitude to the position. Candidates should typically have 2 to 3 years of experience serving in upscale restaurants, preferably with Italian cuisine, and prior experience in roles such as host or busser is advantageous.

A strong understanding of beverage programs, especially wine menus, and the ability to engage with guests in a fun yet professional manner are crucial. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience as a server in an upscale restaurant
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations related to beverage service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
