Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience as a server in an upscale restaurant
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations related to beverage service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a server in an upscale restaurant
- Prior experience as a host or busser is preferred
- Strong understanding of beverage programs and wine menus
- Ability to engage with guests in a fun and professional way
- Positive, outgoing and driven attitude
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
