The role we are offering is that of a Front Lobby Attendant, a vital position within our housekeeping and guest services operations. This position requires a highly responsible individual who will be instrumental in maintaining cleanliness and order in the lobby, pool area, restrooms, and various public spaces. The attendant will be expected to proactively manage safety concerns, such as wet floors during inclement weather, and ensure all public restrooms are fully stocked and spotless. Additionally, they will manage waste disposal from critical offices including Sales, Executive, and Front offices, and be responsible for dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing surfaces, and sanitizing ashtrays and furniture in the lobby.
Moreover, this role goes beyond just cleaning responsibilities; it includes engaging courteously with guests, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- ability to interact courteously with guests

Job Duties
- Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guest
- immediately respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as a wet floor due to guests tracking in rain or snow
- clean pool area and restrooms
- clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items
- empty the trash from all offices including the Sales, Executive and Front offices
- clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass and windows
- greet guests in a courteous fashion
