Job Requirements
- Hourly availability for full-time (39-40 hours) or part-time (up to 25 hours) schedules
- Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week
- Physical ability for prolonged standing, sitting, and other job activities
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance and potentially over 25 pounds with or without assistance
- Six months experience using a computer
- Six months experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- Ability to obtain required sales licensure or registration
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience using a computer for information input, access, modification, or output
- Minimum six months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
- Six months retail experience preferred
- Previous experience as a Loader in a home improvement or hardware store preferred
- Experience working in any department at a Lowe's retail store preferred
- Retail merchandising experience including zone recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting products, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping preferred
- Experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or materials in or out of vehicles in any industry preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store environment
- Engage customers professionally and answer their questions
- Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise
- Assist customers and staff in moving merchandise safely
- Load purchased merchandise into customers' vehicles
- Replenish shelves for upcoming customers
- Follow safety protocols to handle merchandise lifting and moving
