Rooted deeply in the communities they serve, Moxies prides itself on reflecting the spirit and flavor of the neighborhoods in which their restaurants operate. As an industry leader, Moxies has built a reputation not only for its vibrant dining rooms and lounges but also for its culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and personal development. Whether serving lunch, dinner, brunch, or happy hour, Moxies focuses on delivering exceptional food and handcrafted drinks that captivate their customers and set them apart from the competition.

At Moxies, the people are truly the heart and soul of the business. The company invests heavily in nurturing talent and leadership within its teams. This commitment to employee growth is evident in their leadership development programs, mentorship opportunities, and supportive work environment. They seek individuals who are driven, caring, and eager to contribute their unique skills to help elevate the team and the guest experience. The company offers a fast-paced, dynamic setting where employees can build lasting careers in a supportive atmosphere that values diversity, continuous improvement, and positivity.

The role available is a leadership position within the culinary team, offering a fantastic opportunity for those looking to advance their career in the restaurant industry. This full-time position provides hands-on experience leading shifts, managing budgetary goals, and ensuring the production of menu items that meet Moxies’ high-quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and the executive chef to maintain the company’s reputation for excellence in every detail—from the selection of fresh ingredients to the delivery of flawless dishes.

Working at Moxies means joining an environment where personal growth and professional development are prioritized. The company encourages its culinary leaders to engage in leadership seminars and conferences, participate in new restaurant openings across Canada and the USA, and continuously develop their skills through mentorship and collaborative team efforts. This role requires someone who is energetic, positive, inclusive, and committed to motivating others to achieve their best.

The culinary leadership role at Moxies not only focuses on culinary skills but also on fostering a positive team morale through creative strategies such as contests and shift support. Moxies emphasizes the importance of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs effectively, ensuring the sustainability of both the product and the business. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the culinary arts, eager to lead with integrity and enthusiasm, and ready to contribute to a growing company that values excellence and innovation in hospitality.
