The Line Cook role at Anheuser-Busch is situated within the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience at the Biergarten, a core part of the company’s restaurant team. This part-time position offers a dynamic work schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing food items in compliance with food handler guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and organization in their workstations, and ensuring safe operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Working closely under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, the Line Cook must be adaptable, able to multitask efficiently, and maintain high standards for food safety and quality. This role provides an opportunity to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while contributing to the overall guest experience at a nationally recognized beverage and entertainment destination.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume dining environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team setting
  • Must be able to stand, lift, walk, and carry, with ease
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to food handler's guidelines
  • Ensure safe operation of the kitchen equipment and adhere to safety/security guidelines, report concerns to Executive Chef/Sous chef immediately
  • Knowledge of cooking procedures and kitchen equipment
  • Flexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-task
  • Must keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace
  • Must label and date all food and rotate as needed
  • Other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
