Job Duties

  • Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
  • ensures the quality and freshness of all kitchen products
  • cleans and sanitizes the kitchen daily
  • maintains appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
  • confirms pricing accuracy and signage
  • delivers excellent customer service
  • cooks and fries hot foods
  • weighs, measures, and mixes ingredients per recipes
  • prepares pizzas and assembles take-and-bake orders
  • operates manual and automated kitchen equipment
  • assembles and packages to-go items
  • prepares sauces for wok bar items
  • documents food safety temperatures
  • assists with dishwashing and dish room cleanliness
  • receives and stocks products
  • supports overall kitchen success
