  • Culinary experience in hospitality or healthcare settings
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to sanitation, organization, and time management
  • Reliable transportation to work and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • One-year related experience or training as cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, health care facility or similar institution

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with culinary team to prepare dishes utilizing different cooking techniques as per standardized recipes
  • Maintains a clean and organized area throughout the shift
  • Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures
  • Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to execute test recipes
  • Prepares three daily meals with precision and care
  • Uses standardized recipes and portion control
  • Cares for and cleans kitchen equipment
