Job Requirements

Culinary experience in hospitality or healthcare settings
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to sanitation, organization, and time management
Reliable transportation to work and punctual
Positive attitude and teamwork
Ability to follow standardized recipes
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

One year certificate from college or technical school
One-year related experience or training as cook in a hotel, restaurant, club, health care facility or similar institution
Ability to use professional communication skills
Ability to collaborate with culinary team members
Strong organization and time-management skills
Positive attitude and teamwork

Job Duties

Collaborates with culinary team to prepare dishes utilizing different cooking techniques as per standardized recipes
Maintains a clean and organized area throughout the shift
Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to execute test recipes
Prepares three daily meals with precision and care
Uses standardized recipes and portion control
Cares for and cleans kitchen equipment
