Job Requirements
- Professional training in Baking and Pastry Arts or related discipline
- Minimum three years industry experience in Baking and Pastry Arts
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to diverse student needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and course management technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel to branch campus locations as required
- Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Compliance with institutional policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Professional training in Baking and Pastry Arts or related discipline
- Minimum three years industry experience in Baking and Pastry Arts
- Ability to use various teaching and assessment techniques including technology-enhanced instruction

Job Duties
- Provide instruction in Baking and Pastry Arts courses including lectures and lab activities
- Collaborate with Cascade Culinary Institute instructional and administrative teams for strategic planning and curriculum development
- Implement classroom management principles and grading procedures as directed
- Utilize diverse delivery methods to accommodate different student learning styles
- Hold at least one hour of office time per class taught
- Perform other essential job functions as assigned
- Cooperate with college personnel and comply with institutional policies
- Assist students with career planning, job placement, and follow-up studies
- Ensure safety and oversight within classroom and laboratory environments
