Job Requirements
- General knowledge of housekeeping
- keen sense of observation and meticulous work ethic
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- must have a current Texas Driver License
- must be able to pass a background check
- ability to run power equipment such as sweeper slow speed buffer high speed buffer carpet cleaning equipment
- ability and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying degrees of temperatures and weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Vacuum sweep mop and spot clean floors
- empty trash and recycling
- sanitize restroom areas by disinfecting toilets sinks and counter-tops
- wash general window area inside and outside
- perform carpet cleaning
- conduct floor waxing
- carry out light maintenance
- notify Distribution Administrative Assistant when trash or cardboard compactors are full
- report and remove safety hazards
- understand and follow procedures to handle and store chemicals properly
- identify and report need for major repairs to management
- assist in monitoring building security and safety
- identify and report blocked fire extinguishers and exits
- maintain general outside premises by picking up trash and emptying outside trash containers
