Beyond daily sanitation, this position entails periodic housekeeping duties like carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and light maintenance work. Reporting is a key function, requiring timely communication about the status of trash and cardboard compactors to administrative support.

Safety and security are also paramount in this role. The Housekeeper and Maintenance Assistant must be vigilant in identifying and removing safety hazards, adhering to proper chemical handling procedures, and reporting necessary repairs to management. There is an active involvement in monitoring building security elements including locker doors and scissor gates, as well as ensuring that fire extinguishers and emergency exits are unobstructed and readily accessible. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00.
