Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
- Capability to work an early start shift at 6:00 am
- Adherence to company guidelines on chemical and equipment use
Job Qualifications

- Verbal and written communication skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
- No prior retail experience required
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's standards
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by placing orders
- Complete and maintain training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance use
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate with the team
- Support operations by processing product and fulfilling orders
- Engage customers by greeting and assisting
- Act with integrity and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment in decision-making
- Demonstrate customer service mindset and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed individual productivity goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Respond proactively to supervisors and managers
- Perform other assigned responsibilities
