Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
Commitment to completing required training programs
No prior retail experience required

Job Duties

Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following best practices and standard procedures
Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring proper storage and rotation
Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance as per company guidelines
Use company tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
Support operations team in receiving, processing product, executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment
Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
