- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Capability to perform physical cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish and ensuring proper storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team
- Support operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity and honesty while fostering teamwork
- Exercise good judgment and make informed decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed individual goals including productivity and customer service
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Respond proactively to direction from supervisors and managers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
