About the Role: The Store Cleaner role at Kohl's is vital to maintaining a safe, sanitized, and pleasant environment throughout all areas of the store. Basic equipment maintenance will be required on a routine basis to keep all tools in optimal condition. The use of Kohl's tools and technology is integral for effectively communicating, planning, and sharing information within the store team to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Client facing retail or service industry experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
