Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and equipment maintenance
- Willingness to complete required training and comply with operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures, guidelines, and methods
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
