Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance protocols
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology effectively to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations team with product receipt, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating needs and resolving issues
- Meet or exceed individual goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies
- Receive, understand, and respond proactively to direction from supervisors and managers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
