Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, client facing retail or service industry experience preferred, no retail experience required, must be 18 years of age or older, flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures, utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment, maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance, routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines, effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team, support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed, engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture, exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions, demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipate customer needs and satisfactorily resolve issues, meet or exceed individual goals including productivity, credit, loyalty, accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers, receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers and other company personnel, perform other responsibilities as assigned
