In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the store to ensure an excellent customer experience. Your daily tasks will include performing store cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's standards and best practices. You will use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation of items to be ready for use. Completing required training in chemical handling, equipment use, and maintenance will be part of your responsibilities to uphold store operations efficiently.

You will also conduct routine basic maintenance of cleaning equipment according to company guidelines. Effective communication and collaboration with the store team using Kohl's tools and technology will be essential in coordinating cleaning activities and supporting operational needs. You may also assist the operations team with receiving products, managing stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when necessary. As a representative of Kohl's, you will engage with customers by greeting them warmly and offering assistance with products and services, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
