- Completion of training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance

- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies
- Complete and maintain required training for chemicals and equipment
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance
- Use Kohl's tools and technology for communication and planning
- Support operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance
- Act with integrity and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment and discernment
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset
- Meet or exceed individual productivity goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Respond proactively to supervisors and managers
