This job opportunity is for a Store Cleaning Associate at Kohl's, designed to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the entire store environment. This role is classified as a part-time employed position, with pay starting at $15.25 per hour. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, are cleaned following Kohl's best practices and safety standards. The successful candidate will use approved chemicals and supplies and complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively to contribute to an outstanding customer shopping experience.

In addition to performing cleaning duties, the employee will be responsible for maintaining proper stock levels of chemicals and supplies and conducting basic equipment maintenance as per company guidelines. The role also involves supporting other operational functions such as product receiving, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed, providing a dynamic work environment that encourages the development of diverse skills. Communication is key in this position as the associate will use Kohl's proprietary tools and technology to share information with the store team, ensuring smooth store operations.
