Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance
- effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team
- support operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance
- act with integrity and foster teamwork
- exercise good judgment and take appropriate action as needed
- demonstrate a customer service mindset and resolve issues
- meet or exceed individual performance goals
- accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- follow company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- maintain adherence to safety policies
- respond proactively to direction from supervisors and managers
- perform other responsibilities as assigned
