Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks and routine equipment maintenance
- ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
- willingness to engage with customers effectively
- ability to complete required chemical and equipment training
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- verbal and written communication skills
- no previous retail experience required
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- client-facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain safety and cleanliness
- maintain inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies, place orders as needed
- complete required training for chemical handling, equipment, and maintenance
- perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment according to company guidelines
- use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate effectively with the store team
- support operational activities including product receipt, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment
- engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
