In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout all areas of the store. The position emphasizes thorough cleaning and upkeep tasks to ensure the store presents its best image and operates smoothly. You will perform daily cleaning activities including but not limited to floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles by following Kohl's best practices and strict procedural standards. Utilizing only approved cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment is critical to preserving safety and hygiene.

Additionally, you will manage supply levels by placing orders to restock materials as needed, also ensuring proper storage and rotation of these supplies. The role involves completing required training related to equipment and chemical safety as well as performing routine maintenance on cleaning tools. Communication with the store team through Kohl's technology tools will be part of the daily workflow, supporting operational efficiency.

Occasionally, the role supports stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment which requires assisting with receiving and processing products. Delivering excellent customer service is also a key focus, involving greeting customers and proactively offering assistance. Throughout all tasks, employees are expected to uphold Kohl's standards of integrity, honesty, teamwork, and inclusivity.

This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong attention to detail. The pay range for this role is between $18.50 and $24.05 an hour, with flexible availability needed including nights, weekends, and holidays.
