Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Ability to use approved chemicals, tools, and equipment safely
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
- No prior retail experience required
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper rotation and storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting and assisting them
