Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to training
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to work in a team environment

- No retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs and satisfactorily resolving issues
- Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., productivity, credit, loyalty)
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers
- Receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers and other company personnel
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
