Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work early morning shifts from 7 am to 12 pm
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication

- Ability to safely handle chemicals and cleaning equipment

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
