The role of a Store Cleaning Associate at Kohl's is an essential position responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees. As a Store Cleaning Associate, you will be engaged in a variety of daily cleaning tasks across all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles. The role also supports operational processes such as product receiving, stockroom tasks, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you will be greeting customers and offering help with products and services, contributing to an excellent customer experience. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The starting pay for this role is $16.45 per hour.
