Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
No retail experience required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred client facing retail or service industry experience

Job Duties

Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
