This role is designed to ensure a safe and clean environment across all areas of a Kohl's store. As a member of the store team, you will perform crucial daily cleaning and operational tasks efficiently and effectively to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Your duties will span multiple responsibilities including maintaining floors, restrooms, windows, and trash receptacles, following Kohl's established best practices and procedures. You will be responsible for utilizing only approved cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with company standards. Moreover, the role requires proactive management of cleaning supplies by monitoring inventory and replenishing stock as needed, while ensuring proper storage and rotation of materials.

Continuous learning and adherence to training requirements for chemical handling, equipment usage, and maintenance are key components of this position. You will also participate in basic maintenance tasks for cleaning equipment following Kohl's guidelines, ensuring all tools remain in optimal working condition. In addition to cleaning duties, you may be called upon to support other operations such as receiving and processing product shipments, stockroom operations, and fulfilling omni-channel orders.
