Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including early morning starting at 6am, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Completion of required training for chemicals and equipment
- Willingness to perform routine equipment maintenance
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following best practices and standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Complete and maintain required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance
- Perform routine basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations by receiving and processing products, executing stockroom operations, and assisting with omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance
