- prior housekeeping or apartment management experience

Job Duties
- cleaning and tidying
- sweep, mop, and polish floors
- vacuum carpets and rugs
- dust surfaces, clean mirrors, tubs, showers, and basins
- empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
- clean appliances including refrigerators, wine fridge, coffee makers
- maintain the outdoor living space, folding throw blankets and arranging decorative pillows
- wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry including bed linens
- handle dry cleaning drop off and pick up
- change bed linens and make beds to hotel standard
- keep inventory of cleaning supplies and household essentials
- ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and sanitary
- water and care for indoor plants
- grocery shopping or organizing delivery orders
- keep track of refrigerated items and pantry stock
- sort mail, manage packages, and handle returns
- check on the principal's car in the building's garage
- meet service agents such as cable and internet
- oversee special projects like organizing closets or gift wrapping
- assist with preparing the apartment for guests and special occasions
- ensure the apartment is meticulously clean and ready for the principal's arrival
