The part-time Housekeeping role at Dial is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall pleasant environment of the community. The Housekeeper will be responsible for routine cleaning duties including common area maintenance, spot cleaning, restroom sanitation, window washing, and deep cleaning of individual apartments, especially when preparing for new residents. Additionally, this role supports the well-being of residents by contributing to a safe living environment and promptly reporting any concerns to supervisors. The position requires collaboration with other staff members, responsiveness to residents' requests, and active participation in team meetings and trainings to continually improve service quality. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- must be age 18 or older
- experience with cleaning occupied apartments, hotel cleaning, or long-term care facilities

Job Duties
- Clean common areas as scheduled
- clean occasional stains/spots as needed
- clean public restrooms daily
- wash windows in public areas quarterly or more often as needed
- clean designated apartments weekly as directed
- deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident
- assist with exterior window washing twice a year
- ensure a safe living environment for residents
- report concerns or observations about residents to supervisor
- report needed supplies and/or equipment repairs to supervisor
- respond to requests from residents and staff promptly and efficiently
- empty trash containers on a regularly scheduled basis and as needed
- assist in serving meals and/or bussing tables as needed
- attend staff and in-service meetings
- report any on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs
- maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, community operations and personnel
- perform other duties as assigned
