Job Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Make up beds for an upscale hotel
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust and debris
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility
