With a team-oriented workplace culture and a focus on employee development, ESA Management offers both career growth opportunities and a rewarding work atmosphere. This role goes beyond cleaning, encompassing care for housekeeping equipment and designated work areas such as laundry facilities and cleaning carts, always ensuring they are well-stocked and organized. The Housekeeper also takes on the important task of reporting maintenance issues promptly to the front desk or managerial staff, thus contributing to swift resolution and smooth hotel operations. Moreover, the Housekeeper plays a guest-facing role by accommodating reasonable guest requests to enhance comfort and satisfaction during their stay, embodying ESA Management's commitment to hospitality excellence. Safety and security protocols are a non-negotiable aspect of this position, requiring diligent adherence to protect both guests and staff within the hotel. The company provides ongoing training through Extended Stay University to ensure that the Housekeepers remain updated on best practices and compliance matters throughout their employment.

Beyond regular guest room cleaning duties, the role involves assisting with the maintenance of other hotel areas including the fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, laundry facilities, and employee breakrooms to uphold a consistently clean and welcoming environment throughout the property. The Housekeeper's flexibility to perform additional tasks assigned by management highlights the dynamic and supportive team culture at ESA Management. This position offers a competitive wage and the advantage of weekly pay, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking part-time employment in the hospitality industry. The company also emphasizes recognition for employee contributions and offers access to valuable benefits such as vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and an employee assistance program (EAP), alongside a perks program with discounts at major companies.
