Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to work 24 hours per week including every other weekend
- attention to detail
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- commitment to improving the experience of aging
- comfort working with an elderly population
- willingness to undergo CORI background check
- pass pre-employment physical
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work independently and in a team
- valid driver’s license
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal skills
- experience working with elderly population preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain residential and common areas
- form positive relationships with residents, staff, and families
- ensure safety and comfort of all community members
- work independently and collaboratively with the team
- maintain attention to detail in cleaning tasks
- perform cleaning duties during scheduled hours including every other weekend
- adhere to community policies and procedures
