The Lodge at St. Edward Park is a distinguished hotel located within one of Washington's most-visited state parks. Opened in May 2021 and housed in a historic seminary, this hotel offers guests a unique blend of original architectural character and modern comforts. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Guestroom Attendant to join our dedicated housekeeping team. This role is critical in maintaining the hotel’s pristine condition and ensuring every guest encounters a spotless and welcoming environment the moment they arrive. The primary responsibilities include cleaning and replenishing a designated number of guestrooms per shift, maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, and managing supplies effectively. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. As a Guestroom Attendant, you will play an essential role in supporting the Rooms Division and contributing to the overall exceptional guest experience for which The Lodge is known.
This position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $21.22, depending on experience, and includes eligibility for various perks such as complimentary on-site parking, tip eligibility, paid time off, holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401K plans. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service
- Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property specific standards
- Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift
- Maintain supplies and organization of housekeeping cart
- Check all rooms and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies
- Monitor cleanliness of all public areas both inside and out on property
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
- Greet and warmly engage guests
- Complete tasks as assigned by Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager
