We are excited to invite dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. This role is central to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety within our assisted living community. Housekeepers are responsible for keeping resident apartments and common areas spotless, managing laundry services, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean and safe environment that supports the well-being of our residents. This position involves regular collaboration with care staff and other departments to meet the various needs of the community. We look for candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and excellent time management skills. While prior housekeeping experience is preferred, we are open to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. The physical aspect of the role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and use housekeeping equipment safely. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout a full shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments and common areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces to ensure a healthy, pleasant environment
- Manage laundry services – wash, dry, and fold linens and personal clothing with care
- Restock housekeeping supplies and keep storage areas neat and organized
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment to reduce health risks and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with care staff and other departments to meet resident needs
- Alert leadership to maintenance concerns or safety hazards during rounds
