The Housekeeper role at Asset Living is crucial to maintaining the aesthetic appeal, safety, and cleanliness of apartment community environments. This position involves the daily cleaning and upkeep of public facilities, common areas, and the grounds of the community. The Housekeeper also plays a key role in the make-ready process, preparing vacant units for new residents in alignment with the property’s operational standards under the Community Manager’s supervision. This ensures that move-ins are seamless and that apartments meet quality expectations for new occupants.

Beyond cleaning responsibilities, the Housekeeper acts as a frontline ambassador to the community, demonstrating excellent customer service and timely response to resident and management requests. The position requires regular onsite attendance with the physical ability to perform duties such as ascending ladders, moving between various levels and confined spaces, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
