The role of Housekeeper within Integral Senior Living is vital to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of the community. Housekeepers are responsible for performing cleaning duties on a scheduled basis including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to ensure that apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices are spotless and hygienic. This role involves sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and fixtures, handling laundry operations, and maintaining equipment and cleaning supplies in an orderly manner. The Housekeeper also plays a key part in ensuring that safety protocols are followed, such as securing cleaning chemicals and preventing hazards that could obstruct exits or violate fire safety codes.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or equivalent and some prior housekeeping experience. Communication skills are important, especially the ability to engage effectively with seniors and staff in a courteous and friendly manner. Physical fitness and stamina are required as the role demands standing, walking, lifting within specified weight limits, and other movements such as kneeling or crouching.
