The company manages a diverse portfolio, including multifamily residences, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent properties, active adult communities, and student housing. This diversity underscores Asset Living's extensive experience and adaptability in the real estate sector.
Asset Living prides itself on a culture built around collaboration and growth, embodied in its core value: 'Together We Lead, Together We Succeed.' The company fosters an inclusive environment where every team member's voice is valued, ideas are welcomed, and opportunities for personal and professional development abound. This strong culture supports Asset Living’s mission to lead the industry through innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

The company is a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation, reflecting its commitment to industry standards and real estate management expertise.
The role of Housekeeper at Asset Living is a crucial position focused on maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of apartment community public spaces, common areas, grounds, and units ready for new residents. This position is responsible for daily cleaning and making sure vacant units and community facilities meet operational standards before new move-ins. The Housekeeper works under the supervision of the Community Manager and is essential in presenting the community in the best possible light, which enhances the residents' experience and supports the property’s overall objectives.
Housekeepers at Asset Living enjoy a structured yet dynamic working environment which requires regular onsite attendance for tasks such as general cleaning, trash removal, upkeep of community offices and amenities, and prompt response to resident and management requests. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with community policies and reporting any rule violations. This role demands a high level of responsibility, customer service, and attention to detail to uphold the community’s standards and foster a welcoming neighborhood ambiance.
Asset Living offers competitive compensation for Housekeepers, with a salary range of $13 to $16 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill levels. The company also provides a comprehensive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, a 401K plan with employer matching, as well as commission and performance bonuses when applicable. Full-time employees receive paid sick days and company holidays, making this a well-rounded employment opportunity for individuals seeking steady work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
This Housekeeper role is both physically and mentally engaging, requiring the ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds, work in varying environmental conditions, use cleaning equipment safely, and maintain consistent communication with residents and management. The job description represents a summary of key duties and expectations but is not exhaustive. Employees may be asked to perform additional tasks as needed, reinforcing Asset Living’s flexible and team-centered work culture.
