Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience as a prep line or cook
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to navigate slippery floors
  • strong time management skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food consistent with recipe cards
  • return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas
  • operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and service areas
  • ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • collaborate with team members to provide timely and efficient breakfast service
