Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year experience as a prep line or cook
physical ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift up to 50 pounds
able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to navigate slippery floors
strong time management skills

ability to follow recipes accurately
strong attention to detail
good communication and teamwork skills
capability to work in high-pressure environments
knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

Prepare food consistent with recipe cards
return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas
operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies
maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and service areas
ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
collaborate with team members to provide timely and efficient breakfast service
