Job Description

High Hotels is a distinguished hospitality company with a proud legacy spanning over 35 years. Operating primarily throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, High Hotels has built a reputation synonymous with exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. Their commitment to excellence is driven by a vibrant, team-focused culture that permeates every property in their portfolio. This culture fosters not just outstanding hospitality for guests but also a supportive environment where employees can flourish in their careers. The company prides itself on maintaining high standards of positivity, growth, and attention to detail, making it a leader in the hospitality industry. High Hotels believes that the foundation of great hospitality starts with people and aims to spread joy through every interaction with their guests.

The role of a Bartender at High Hotels, specifically located at the SpringHill Suites on West Drive in Center Valley, PA, is a vital position that embodies the company's dedication to guest satisfaction and service excellence. This part-time role is designed to provide a dynamic work environment with shifts typically from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM on various days, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The position demands flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of the hotel and its guests.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for accurately taking guest orders and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and courteously. Your duties will include responding to guest requests and inquiries, maintaining cleanliness in the bar area in accordance with company standards, and ensuring accurate handling of cash transactions. In addition, you will prepare, mix, and serve drinks either directly to guests or through serving staff, all while maintaining an efficient work pace to ensure that customers at the bar and in the dining area are consistently satisfied.

This role requires someone who is not only skilled in bartending but also customer-service oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and rigorously adherent to brand and company standards. The weekend and holiday shifts come with an additional hourly premium, reflecting the importance of these periods in guest service. Starting pay for this position is $12.67 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and performance.

High Hotels offers more than just a job; it offers a chance to be part of a team that values collaboration, the contribution of every employee, and the joy of delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Employees benefit from competitive wages, room discounts at Hilton or Marriott hotels, health and wellness programs including access to a health coach and registered dietician, and participation in health insurance and retirement savings plans. The company also supports employee well-being through assistance programs, awards for attendance and service excellence, and opportunities for engagement in various company events. This role is an opportunity to join a respected leader in the hospitality industry and grow your career in a supportive and enthusiastic environment.
