Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Must be able to move up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods
- Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization standards

- Ability to extend arms and hands, seize, grasp, and turn objects with hands
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Open and close the retail shop and handle money responsibly
- Operate the POS system and manage shipping, transfer forms, and hard checks
- Stand for long periods providing exceptional customer service and sales assistance
- Greet customers warmly within 10 feet as part of the Moments of Service standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company and personal retail shop goals
- Unpack, fold, hang merchandise according to quality standards and organize displays
- Maintain cleanliness of the retail shop, work area, restrooms, and trashcans daily
- Manage weekly requests for cleaning and office supplies, and restock needed merchandise
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel property and daily guest activities to assist customers effectively
