Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Flexible hours availability
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Comfortable with answering a multi-line system
- Professional appearance a must
