  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible hours availability
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with answering a multi-line system
  • Professional appearance a must
  • Friendly and courteous disposition
  • Bilingual preferred
