This role plays a critical part in maintaining the efficient operation of Lowe's stores by ensuring customer orders are picked, staged, inspected, and fulfilled accurately and promptly. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will operate various powered equipment including forklifts, order pickers, and narrow aisle reach trucks, for which certification is required. You will be expected to support inventory accuracy by utilizing the company’s Orders App and maintaining compliance with SIMS protocols, partnering closely with leadership to address and resolve any discrepancies in order fulfillment.

This position requires a strong customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The role is vital in ensuring customers receive their orders correctly and on time while upholding Lowe's high standards for safety, quality, and service excellence. New hires will be offered a competitive hourly wage starting between $17.50 and $18.90, with exact pay dependent on factors such as location, experience, and education.
