Job Duties
- welcome visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate departments
- manage a multi-line phone system including answering inbound calls and transferring them efficiently
- provide concierge services to ensure guests and clients have a seamless and pleasant experience
- handle receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments maintaining records and managing correspondence
- ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable at all times
- respond promptly to customer needs and resolve issues with professionalism
- assist with administrative tasks to support the broader team as needed
- monitor and manage incoming communications including emails and mail deliveries
- maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information or documents
- collaborate with team members to improve front desk processes and enhance customer satisfaction
