Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • welcome visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate departments
  • manage a multi-line phone system including answering inbound calls and transferring them efficiently
  • provide concierge services to ensure guests and clients have a seamless and pleasant experience
  • handle receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments maintaining records and managing correspondence
  • ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable at all times
  • respond promptly to customer needs and resolve issues with professionalism
  • assist with administrative tasks to support the broader team as needed
  • monitor and manage incoming communications including emails and mail deliveries
  • maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information or documents
  • collaborate with team members to improve front desk processes and enhance customer satisfaction
